$45,000 – $65,000 per year | Salary
7a- 4p | Full-Time | Monday- Friday

Our 285,000 sq. ft. facility, located just off I-55 in Pontiac, IL, is equipped with the technology, equipment, and warehouse space to receive, store, assemble, package, label, and manage products and 3PL services for our national customer base. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, review, and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate account information
- Create purchase orders and manage procurement of office & plant supplies
- Generate month-end reports and detailed account information for management and accounting
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in reconciling accounts.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Provide a high level of internal and external customer service
- Maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and peers through effective communication.
- Support with audit and certification requirements (SMETA, ISO9001, SQF)
- Update employee training records
- Record and distribute management meeting minutes
- Act as a liaison between the Quincy Support Center and the plant
- Provide backup support for payroll approval and employee communications
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of Associate’s degree with a focus in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping

- Reliable, consistent, detailed high performer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Above average typing skills
